To obtain a bot flag you have to: Register a bot account with the word bot in the username. Something like YourusernameBot. Add in this page a paragraph describing the bot's purpose. You have to verify the bot contributions A bureaucrat will give you the flag after adding the request for bot flag.

I've just checked and Wikizziunariu:Bot allows m:bot policy for global bots, but makes no remarks for automatic approval.
